This section is primarily theorycrafting to calculate a rough cost if you were to use Gems to complete all of the upgrades for this Town Hall level.
These costs and calculations make a number of assumptions:
- 20% Gold Pass boosts are active (doesn't include Gold Pass cost or Gem cost of unlocking the highest boosts).
- Perfect resource spending, whereas in reality it would be difficult to fully empty your storages each time before filling resulting in slightly higher Gem costs.
- Time calculations include gemming each individual upgrade time for improved accuracy.
- Use of Magic Items or special offers aren't factored in.
