The Clash Ninja Upgrade Tracker now has support for the new village export data, meaning you can import all of your village levels (including structures and active upgrades) with a single button press. This addresses the top complaint I’ve received since launching the site and is available for all users!
Village Export Data
The June 2025 update for Clash of Clans added a new option in the settings to export your village to the clipboard. This contains the levels of your village, including the structure levels and active upgrades. You can upload this export directly from your device's clipboard to the Clash Ninja Upgrade Tracker and update your village with a single button press. No more manually updating levels!
This process works for both adding new villages to the upgrade tracker and for updating existing villages. If you want to adjust levels manually/continue to set upgrades manually as before, you can, none of the existing features/options are being removed, this is being added in addition to those.
This export is a snapshot of your village at the moment of pressing the “Copy” button and uploading the export to the Clash Ninja site is updating your village for that moment in time. You can create new exports whenever you make changes to your village and upload them to the Upgrade Tracker to update the latest changes.

Follow the steps below to access your village export
- Open the in-game Settings menu
- Press More Settings
- Scroll to the bottom to Data Export and press the Copy button
- On the Clash Ninja Upgrade Tracker, press the Upload button or Add New Village
- Press the Paste Village Data button.
- This process can be repeated for multiple villages, so you can update each of your villages by following the steps for each.
Limitations
This is a list of village information not included in the current version of the export:
- Builders working in the Forge can't be detected
- Helper levels, cooldowns and assignments can't be detected
- If you have active boosts/potions when creating the export, you'll need to adjust the timers after the boosts have completed
- Gold Pass/re-engagement boosts can't be detected

Is it safe?
Yes, this export is just textual information about your village at the point in time of you generating it in-game. It doesn’t provide access to your account or any personal details about you, it is just extended information about your village for use with tools such as those available on the Clash Ninja site.
