The June 2026 update is here!

The June 2026 update for Clash of Clans adds the Ruin Witch, Angry Spell, new levels, the Hero Journey and more.

New Troop: Ruin Witch

A new Dark Troop that makes use of the rubble created by your other troops destroying buildings. She uses the debris to create Ruin Knights.

Unlocks at TH16 with 4 levels available (2 at TH16, 1 at TH17 and 1 at TH18).

New Spell: Angry Spell

A new Dark Spell that is unlocked with Dark Spell Factory level 8 (TH15). When deployed, troops within its radius target defenses temporarily, similar to the effect of the Angry Jelly pet.

New Levels

New building levels are coming. These are for TH18 unless otherwise specified:

Monolith Lvl 5
Builder’s Hut Lvl 8
Dark Barracks Lvl 13 (TH16)
Dark Spell Factory Lvl 8 (TH15)

At TH18, the remaining 50 wall pieces can be upgraded to level 19.

New Hero Levels:

Barbarian King Lvls 106 - 110
Archer Queen Lvls 106 - 110
Grand Warden Lvls 81 - 85

New Supercharge Levels

Once these buildings have been upgraded to the max level, it will be possible to Supercharge them.

Hero Journey

A new reward track is coming to the Hero Hall at Town Hall 7: Hero Journey. Progress along it by upgrading your heroes (cumulative hero levels). Unlock pre-levelled Epic Hero Equipment, Ore, Legendary Hero Skins, Magic Snacks and resources.

Existing players will be migrated onto the track taking into account their current hero progress. They will receive new pre-levelled epic equipment they have not unlocked. If they have the equipment but it is under levelled compared to what you would have got from the track, it will be automatically levelled up.

There will be a one-time overflow permitted during migration for ore and resources.

Battle Fast Forward

After 2 minutes have passed in your attack (home village), a fast forward button will appear. Tapping on it will speed up the attack to 4x, it can be tapped again to toggle back to 1x. This is designed for those situations when your final couple of troops are chipping away at buildings for a few more %.

This is available for almost all attacks in Home Village, Builder Base and Clan Capital.

Clan Capital Treasury and Improvements

Some changes are coming to limit drive by raiders for Raid Weekends. Players can no longer join Capital Raids when all of the following are true:

Player hasn’t attacked in the clan yet
Player is not an Elder, Co-Leader or Leader
Player joined after the Raid Weekend started
Clan is not Invite Only or Closed

Once your Capital is maxed, a Treasury Button appears on your Capital Hall where you can donate Capital Gold. When new Clan Capital content arrives, the Treasury empties and the cycle starts again.

Quality of Life Changes

Prospector info screen now shows your current Ore balance
Equipment activation order is now fixed by the equipment and not the slot it’s in
